Presentations

Pharmacotherapy Associate Professor Cheyenne Frazier and a colleague presented a webinar, “Transgender care in the emergency department,” for the American Society of Health-system Pharmacists (ASHP) on March 15, 2023.

Josh Neumiller authored a learning module titled: “Achieving goals with cardiac and renal protection in mind,” within the Know Diabetes by Heart Cardiovascular Disease in Type 2 Diabetes for Health Care Professionals Course. Know Diabetes by Heart is cosponsored by the American Diabetes Association (ADA) and the American Heart Association (AHA).

Josh Neumiller presented “Guideline-Directed Medical Therapies in T2D and CKD: Current State and Future Possibilities” at the University of California Irvine (UCI) Nephrology Grand Rounds on April 10, 2023.

Dana Bowers and twelve others presented, “Perceptions of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists antimicrobial stewardship certificate program: then and now,” at the 33 European Congress of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases on April 15 – 18 2023 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
