This scholarship was established by Frank J. Kenney in memory of his wife, Janice Sourwine, a 1934 Washington State University graduate. Janice was devoted to pharmacy, loved her alma mater, and maintained a lifetime association promoting its interests and welfare.
The recipient shall be women students enrolled in the College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and in good academic standing. Primary consideration shall be given to students who have demonstrated need for financial assistance in furthering their education.
