The Erwin N. & Jennie L. Foisey Memorial Scholarship was established by funds from their estate in 1986. He graduated as a pharmaceutical chemist from Washington State College (WSC) in 1926 and spent close to half a century working for Aubert Drug in Bellingham, becoming part owner of the business in later years.
