The WSU College of Pharmacy Drug Information Center has published all the drug monographs in Wolters Kluwers’ The Formulary Monograph Service since 1989.
Hospitals, insurance providers, and other agencies use these drug monographs during their review and formulary decision making process. Danial Baker and Terri Levien have been involved with the research, synthesis, and editing of these drug monographs and medication use criteria over the last 28 years. In September 2017 they will have submitted over 2100 evaluations and criteria.
