Why choose WSU for your PharmD?

At WSU it’s about more than just becoming a pharmacist, it’s about leading pharmacy into the future.

Our expert faculty is passionate about inspiring the next generation of leaders in pharmacy. From researching the latest breakthroughs in medicine, to real-world experiences in policy-making, the Washington State University College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences gives you the tools to invent your future in pharmacy.

While here, you are in charge of your education. Rather than sitting through large lectures, class time is used for self-guided learning and in-depth discussion with instructors and peers, readying you for a lifetime of learning and collaboration. Spend the first three years on campus, and gain first-hand experience in summers and your fourth year through pharmacy rotations. Our four-year curriculum gives you plenty of time to truly master the material so that you can be a leader in health care.

Student Experience at a Glance

I chose the WSU pharmacy program because of the heart-warming welcome they gave me when I arrived on campus. The nature of the student and faculty community at WSU has shown me that everyone is there to help each other. I love that students from all over the country can come together to support each other through this 4-year journey and make everlasting friendships along the way.
