Ron Schleif brings over 45 years of health care expertise, beginning with five years as a pharmacist and culminating in a distinguished 25-year career at Eli Lilly. His impactful journey extended to co-founding Oncology Reimbursement Management (ORM) in 2009, where he collaborated with 25+ pharma/biotech firms, addressing issues from payer access to patient adherence. Acquired by Precision Value & Health in 2022, Ron now serves as Senior Vice President. His time at Lilly, marked by strategic leadership and Six Sigma initiatives, significantly shaped oncology management. Ron holds a BS in pharmacy from Washington State University and an MBA from UCLA.
