August 2024 Updates

Service

Awards

  • Josh Neumiller was honored with the 2024 Outstanding Educator in Diabetes Award from the American Diabetes Association (ADA).
  • Pharmaceutical Sciences, Aiden Nguyen (postdoctoral research associate, Paine lab) was selected as one of two finalists in the post-doc category to give an oral presentation at the Gordon Research Conference on Drug Metabolism, which took place in Holderness, CT on July 10, 2024. The title of Aiden Nguyen’s talk was, “Hemp vs. CBD: The Potency of the Whole is Not Greater than the Sum of its Parts.”
