The Wilbur N. Joyner Memorial Scholarship was established in 1972 with a bequest from the estate of Wilbur Joyner’s wife, Nanette. Wilbur was a pioneer druggist in Spokane who established and operated four drugstores and the Physicians and Surgeons Supply Co. from 1908 to 1926.
