The Harvey Denton/ Ronald McDonald House Charities of Spokane Endowed Scholarship in Pharmacy was established in 2002, in part with a bequest from Harvey, a 1933 pharmacy graduate, and in part by the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Spokane. Harvey and his wife, Bertha, operated the Denton Drugstore in St. John, Wash., for 21 years.
