- Pharmaceutical Sciences Associate Professor and Vice Chair John Clarke was selected as the British Toxicology Society-ASPET Global Scholar representing ASPET. Dr. Clarke was the only person from BTS who was selected to attend ASPET. The British Toxicology Society meeting will occur April 2 – 4 2025.
- Pharmaceutical Sciences Professor and Interim Chair Kay Meier is the ASPET-President Elect, term begins on July 1, 2025.

- Jingrui Chen (Research Associate, ZK Cheng lab) received the Career Development Award ($231,000, 4/1/2025 – 3/31/2028) from the American Heart Association (AHA) for a research project titled, “Targeting CDK7 for cardiac repair.”
