Healthcare Data Foundations: Preparing for Roles in Clinical Analytics, Pharmacy Informatics, and Health Economics & Outcomes Research
Dr. Gabe Arguinchona is the Pharmacy Analytics & Business Intelligence Manager at Kaiser Permanente and member of the class of 2019.
Gabe leads a team of data scientists and functions as the clinical data liaison between Pharmacy Administration and Executive Leadership. Over the past several months, amid the COVID-19 outbreak in the US, Gabe has been tasked with directing all predictive modeling efforts for Kaiser Permanente in Washington State to map out disease spread, subsequent hospital surge, supply chain stress, and ambulatory clinic demand. Gabe’s background is extensive in data analytics and visualization, machine learning, financial strategy, and clinical application development.
