A dedicated Coug and 1983 alumnus, Leid served as dean of the college from 2020-2025 and has since been teaching as a faculty member of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences. During his tenure, he successfully led the college through the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, navigated an intensive re-accreditation process, supported the launch of the college’s Rural Health Initiative (RHI), and strengthened student pathways and enrollment across programs.
His impact on the college will continue to shape its future for many years to come and the CougaRx community could not be more grateful for his years of leadership.
Join us ahead of the event for a non-hosted reception beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Osprey Bar; ballroom doors open at 6 p.m.
