Career Seminar Series – Preparing for Change

Crystal Bryan is a proud WSU College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences alum and the Chief Clinical Officer of Cascadia Pharmacy Group (CPG). CPG is an alliance of nearly 40 independent community pharmacies in the Pacific Northwest that work together to elevate business practices and patient care. Crystal has always had a heart for community practice and after completing a PGY1 residency she worked in various roles including as clinical pharmacist, in transitions of care and as Clinical Coordinator for a large retail chain. She even worked in technology and helped push forward medical billing pilots before joining other thought leaders at CPG. Crystal also serves as secretary/treasurer of the Southwest Washington Pharmacy Association (SWPA) and stays active with WSPA and OSPA. For fun she chases her twin daughters to multiple sporting activities, assists with leading their 4H club, and sneaks in as many hikes in the great outdoors as she can.
