About Me

I was born in Pullman, Washington (Go Cougs!) but grew up in Post Falls, Idaho. I currently live in Post Falls with my partner and our corgi, Bowie. I became interested in marketing through my involvement in clubs and organizations in college, and I discovered my interest in higher education recruitment and admissions from my job as a campus tour guide at the University of Idaho. I am also currently enrolled in the WSU online MBA program with an emphasis in marketing.

In my spare time I like to…

I enjoy hiking, kayaking, swimming, rock climbing, and snowboarding. I also am an avid reader and podcast/music listener. I have also been known to indulge in the occasional Netflix/streaming binge.

Why WSU?

I wanted to work at WSU because it is a friendly and welcoming university. In addition to the welcoming environment, WSU is an excellent institution that offers a world class education to its students, and I wanted to play a role in helping students access this education. As a graduate from another land grant institution, I am passionate about WSU’s land grant mission to meet the needs of and serve the population of Washington state.

My Favorite Quote

“I shall be telling this with a sigh somewhere ages and ages hence: two roads diverged in a wood, and I — I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.” – Robert Frost, The Road Not Taken
