About Me

I was originally born in Newport, Rhode Island, although I’ve lived in Spokane for the past 28 years. I have always been drawn to education and I value academia and higher education learning. I have worked in higher education at all degree levels. I am excited to serve professional students in the College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.

In my spare time I like to…

I enjoy traveling and exploring new places. I have a special place in my heart for culture, food and art. My favorite places I’ve visited are Bali, Indonesia and Costa Rica. When I’m not traveling, I like to mountain climb and hike—my most recent mountain summit is Mt. St. Helen’s! Reading nonfiction books and spending time with my family are my favorite ways to relax.

Why WSU?

I have a passion for helping people accomplish their goals and dreams. I appreciate and value the quality education that students receive from WSU and I am thrilled to be a part of the WSU pharmily!
