SUMMARY:Career Seminar Series: My Pharmacy Career Path
DESCRIPTION:Ashley Bruck is a Market Pharmacist with Walgreens in the Spokane\, Washington region\, where she has spent her 25-year professional career. She joined the Washington State University (WSU) College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2025 as an Academic Affiliate\, co-instructing Pharmacy Law in spring of 2026. After graduating from WSU’s Doctor of Pharmacy program\, Bruck spent the first 12 years of her career as a Pharmacy Manager. She then transitioned into specialty pharmacy\, where she practiced as an American Academy of HIV Medicine Pharmacist for three years. Bruck’s true passion is in the many opportunities her career has provided in coaching and mentoring others. She has traveled across the country from Alaska to Georgia\, helping to onboard new graduate interns and pharmacists with Walgreens. Bruck was part of the immunization team that provided the first Covid vaccine to residents of long-term care facilities in Spokane\, northern Idaho\, and rural communities throughout. She continues to serve her community as a vaccine lead at off-site clinics in various settings. \nNote: Due to unforeseen circumstances\, Matt Genin\, Division Operations\, Seattle for the Albertsons Companies is unable to present as originally scheduled.  \nStudents\, please RSVP to receive a lunch compliments of this year’s sponsors! \n\nSpokane: PBS 101\nYakima: Cadwell 101\n\nThank you to Albertsons and Walgreens for sponsoring the Career Seminar Series.
