DESCRIPTION:Ron Schleif brings over 45 years of health care expertise\, beginning with five years as a pharmacist and culminating in a distinguished 25-year career at Eli Lilly. His impactful journey extended to co-founding Oncology Reimbursement Management (ORM) in 2009\, where he collaborated with 25+ pharma/biotech firms\, addressing issues from payer access to patient adherence. Acquired by Precision Value & Health in 2022\, Ron now serves as Senior Vice President. His time at Lilly\, marked by strategic leadership and Six Sigma initiatives\, significantly shaped oncology management.
