DESCRIPTION:April 12\, 2023\nWhat is #CougsGive?\n#CougsGive is a one-day online fundraising event dedicated to expanding\, sharing\, and celebrating donor impact at Washington State University. On April 12\, 2023\, we encourage Cougar family to consider how we support future generations\, grow our collective knowledge\, and improve our world when we simply ask\, “What if…?” \nThis year the College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science is asking: What if everyone could have equal access to health care? \nImagine driving two hours just to fill your prescription or living in a town where there is no immediate care for your sick child. For nearly 800\,000 Washingtonians living in rural areas\, this is a reality. The Rural Health Initiative will replenish pharmacy deserts with the most accessible health care provider: the pharmacist.
